These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you sign up for) and LinenAudit (“we”, “us”) for using the LinenAudit website and service. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them on its behalf.
1. The service
LinenAudit reads the linen and laundry contracts, invoices and records you upload, checks invoices against the contract and records, and prepares findings and dispute letters. We may improve, change or remove features over time; we'll give notice before removing anything you pay for.
2. Findings are a tool, not advice
Audits are calculated from the data in your workspace, which depends on the documents you provide and on how accurately they are read. Check the extracted figures and every finding before relying on them or sending a dispute. LinenAudit does not give legal, tax or accounting advice, and we are not a party to your contracts with your vendors.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details, keep your password secret, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including by teammates you invite.
- You must be at least 18 and using LinenAudit for business purposes.
4. Acceptable use
Don't:
- upload anything you don't have the right to share, or that is unlawful or malicious;
- try to access other workspaces, get around plan limits or security controls, or disrupt the service;
- scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- use it to harass, defraud or mislead anyone, including your vendors.
5. Your data
Everything you upload and create stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You can delete documents and audits at any time, and ask us to close your account and delete your data.
6. Plans and billing
- The free trial includes 3 invoice audits on 1 property, with no card needed.
- Paid plans are priced per property: ₹2,499 a month or ₹24,990 a year, plus GST. Each property includes up to 10 invoice audits a month. Current prices are on our home page.
- Subscriptions are paid through Razorpay and renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Adding properties mid-period is charged for the time left in the period.
- Plans paid by payment link or bank transfer run until the date shown on your Billing page and do not renew by themselves.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time on the Billing page. No further payments are taken, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error; if you think that has happened, write to us within 30 days of the charge.
8. Availability
We work to keep LinenAudit available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost savings, including amounts you did or didn't recover from a vendor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using LinenAudit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, after notice where reasonable. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before it applies. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first; please write to us. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
